Aluassy technician fully aware the criterium of machining aluminum products, such as cutting speeds, cutting edge, relief angle etc. ref different alloy. In addition, since we are professional machining manufacturer, we already have plentiful clamping fixtures to fix the different aluminum shape profile into CNC equipment; during the process, we applied correct coolant and lubricant in order to avoid the strong ‘sticking’ of aluminum particles on the cutting tools.
