Aluassy is able to provide various aluminum profiles to fulfill your needs!
Technical input
The customer's inquiry can be the drawing (Solidworks or Autocad); even a sample or sketch, we will advise and support your design and study the fabrication feasibility. It is consequence that we make a favorable quotation for your approval.
Commercial release
The quotation is always in break-down, which list the alu alloy cost refer Changjiang Metal Exchange, the surface treatment cost and machining cost etc. After our quotation approved, and receive the mold cost, then we will commence with sample producing.
Samples release
We will produce the mold and the following sample. Appr. 20cm length mill finished sample with dimensional report, material composition report, mechanical property report and else necessary documents to prove the sample in-compliance to spec, will be sent to customer for final release. The surface treatment quality normally will be validated during trial order, in case of any customer needs, we can also provide complete length surface treated sample in advance.
